Romain Cristofini is an entrepreneur, executive coach and speaker. Pioneer of well-being at work, he created in 2002 a consulting firm which he gave up twelve years later to reconnect with what is essential. In 2015, he founded Monasterra and introduced in France the first seminars for leaders and management teams. In May 2019, he published “L’intelligence spirituelle au coeur du leadership » (spiritual intelligence at the heart of leadership) and launched the community of “Leader éclairés” (enlightened leaders) with the aim of gathering and supporting decision makers in companies wishing to align personal and spiritual fulfilment with commitment to the world.
