Isabelle de Silva is the President of the French Competition Authority. Between 1999 and 2000, she worked at the French Ministry of Culture and Communication. From 2005 to 2008, she was Deputy Reporter at the French constitutional court. As a government commissionner, she worked at the court of conflicts (2006-2009) and at the French Council of State (2000-2009). From 2009 to 2011, she was a legal director of the French Ministry of ecology, sustainable development, transport and housing. After serving as member of the French regulatory Authority for press distribution (2012), and then as the president of the Sixth subsection of the Administrative Jurisdiction Division of the Council of State (2013), she became a member of the French Competition Authority in 2014.
