In 1988, Florence Poivey took over the managerial and capitalistic leadership of UNION PLASTIC, a plastics processing company located in Haute Loire. For several years, the social dialogue of the branch had been difficult, so in 2010 the Federation of Plastics asked her to facilitate it and also made her Vice President. In April 2012, Florence became president of the Federation of Plastics. With this position, she is a member of the CNI (National Council of Industry) and the GFI (Group of Industrial Federations). She is also the co-founder and vice-president of the EMERGENCES business foundation. Through the sponsorship of skills and networks, EMERGENCES supports innovative projects with the motto “Better Living Together”. Florence is also the administrator of the company CEGID GROUP and negotiator of the MEDEF (Movement of Companies of France) on professional training. Since 2011, she chairs LE PRISME, leadership club in Lyon.
