Cécile Galoselva started her career in Germany, in the US and finally Paris in private small companies. In search of meaning, she decided to continue her studies in the early 2000s and earned un MBA at Oxford University where she discovered “Social business”. After working for publishing house, Cécile joined Ethical Property in Oxford in 2004 as COO in order to develop this startup into a leading social company in the United Kingdom. She came back to France in 2010 where she decided to build her own company. ETIC – Foncièrement Responsable develops low-rent offices in high social and environmental quality buildings. These workplaces are rented on flexible terms to the sustainable development community.
