Benjamin Misery is the general director of Senioriales. This society offers residential services for seniors et operates on the entire value production chain. They posses 62 residences in France and over 4500 residents of over 60 years of age as of today. They open 10 residences per year. They living model is built around 4 values: comfort, security, conviviality and sharing. Residences are built in already existing neighbourhoods so that residents can be truly included. Moreover, the association “Les amis des Senioriales, created in August 2017, gathers a hundred residents in order for them to meet, debate and share.
