Yann AGUILA

Yann Aguila is a State advisor and currently a lawyer at the Paris Bar. He is also a member of the Council of State, Yann was its deputy secretary general and served as government commissioner to its litigious parties. He teaches public law at the Bar training School of Paris. Yann is a professor at the Political studies Institute in Paris where he teaches courses in public law and in English in « Global environmental governance ».
