Thierry Munier is the general director of Altempo, a company of 50 employees in Colmar, specialized in modular buildings. Thierry wished to participate and create a social and sustainable professional insertion. He then worked with a local association, Espoir, that takes care of families and especially children while Altempo helps the head of the family: “First we welcome them and assign them a tutor, then we aim to facilitate social reconstruction. We teach them to arrive on time, then we train them and mentor them to find a long-term job, not necessarily with us.”
