Thibaut is the President of the National Council for Inclusion in the workplace as well as the Director of the association for economic and social reinsertion (ARES). Ares is a group of reinsertion companies aimed towards excluded people: youth without qualifications, long-term unemployed. Their goal is to promote reinsertion by accompanying these people towards being more autonomous and redefining their professional project by enhancing their confidence in their skills.
