Sylvie PERETTI

Sylvie Peretti started her career in 1987 at the Framatome group (now Areva) as a lawyer in labor law before becoming recruitment and training officer. She held various positions from HR manager to assistant director and being in charge of the employee management department. In 2000, she joined the Valeo Group as HR Director at Issoire. In 2002, she is appointed HR Director of the Madrange group. In 2004, she comes back to Areva, first as HR Director of the Business Unit Equipment then as HR Director of The Hague. She then held the positions of Director of Social Policy of the Group and of HR Director France. In 2012, she joined the Lafarge France Group as Director of Human Resources, where she created the Organization and Human Resources department. She is now the HR Director at Generali France.
