Olivier is a graduate from ESCP majoring in finance. He has worked for fifteen years on subject of innovation (business, technological, social, environmental, across various sectors). He led different transformation programs at Danone (danone.communities with the Pr. Yunus, 2006 Nobel prize, and Danone for Entrepreneurs) before becoming the open innovation director in order to develop ecosystemic approaches and shared governance. In 2016, he decided to pursue his own activities and accompany the evolution of organisations and their leaders through two main activities. First and foremost, he shares his experience through consulting activity in collective intelligence (Sync & Think) then through the organisation of resourcement and creativity seminars in the countryside (Co-Gitons).
