Graduate of a Master’s degree in Management Sciences from Paris DAUPHINE University and from a DESS in Human Resources Management at CIFFOP Paris 2, Laurent Labbé joined the L’Oréal Group in 2002. At L’Oréal, he held various operational responsibilities in France, the UK and the Baltic countries, where he was the HR director from 2007 to 2010. He also regularly works in the CIFFOP and CELSA Master 2 HR programs on issues related to the Employer Brand and Reputation. The new challenges of managing his reputation and the co-construction of his communication with his associates captivate Laurent and lead the development of ChooseMyCompany.
