After a double degree in management and philosophy, Fella Imalhayene started her professional career in 2004 at the Georges Pompidou center as Officer in charge of public relations and equality of chances. Her mission consisted in diversifying the museum’s public by bringing disadvantaged socio-professional categories or non-Europeans visitors.
Beginning of 2005, she supported the Diversity Charter, a commitment text from companies that promise not to discriminate. She structured the charter’s promotion, developed tools and set a vast network of partners. She also accompanied the launching of diversity charters in Europe. In 2014, she joined the consulting firm in order to help companies on diversity. In September 2017, she is appointed General Delegate of Global Compact France.
