After recently graduating from a master’s degree in regional government law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Eugénie first joined the REFEDD as an administration board member in 2018, before starting as a “service civique” volunteer this year. At the REFEDD, she coordinates the Consultation Nationale Etudiante, a survey launched every three years to collect the opinions and feelings of students about their personal and on campus life, regarding current environmental issues.
