Amélie began her career as a team leader for 7 years at Decathlon. Then, passionate about accompanying, she co-built the management training school of Decathlon: decathlon exchange. In 2010, she joined the production teams as HR and implemented the first workshops around trust and released energies for international teams. Since 2015, she has been the leader in the management transformation of Decathlon: freedom and responsibility.
