Alexia graduated from ESSCA and obtained a first job at Manpower. She then chose to become a volunteer educator at El Alto La Paz as part of a program by the NGO Enda Bolivia fighting for the reintegration of child street workers. She was then in charge of the communication and logistics at the Ministry of the Environment for the international conference of NGOs « Roots of the Future » in 1991, preparatory to the Rio Earth Summit. She worked then at the European Commission in Brussels and was afterwards the programs director at Hopital sans Frontières in Paris. After these humanitarian experiences, she joined the French National Education as Senior Education Advisor (SPE) for the academies of Caen and Versailles. Between 2001 and 2007, she created with her spouse the craft brewery of the 2 caps where she was responsible for its marketing and commercial development. Since 2008, she has been the executive director of the Chartreuse de Neuville Association. Its purpose is to make this heritage site a Cultural Center, dedicated to dialogue and innovation for a better world.
