After her studies in the textile industry, Nathalie Lebas-Vautier travelled the world in order to create and develop new collections for big international brands. After the birth of her first daughter in 2002, she became aware of the fashion industry’s impact on health and the environment. In 2004, she left Paris and started a new brand ‘Ekyog’ with her husband. Their motto: “In order to change the world, we must change fashion!” acts as their business model. Their aim was to create clothing respectful of skin and Nature. In 2007, they built “Terre d’Ekyog” which is an association that gives back 10% of their profits to schools as well as facilitating access to drinkable water and improving the well-being of poor communities. However, Ekyog’s adventure stopped in 2015. Nathalie started again from the bottom with her new dream “Marie&Marie” which she launched in 2017. She is also involved in the National Association “60 000 Rebounds” that accompanies company leaders in professional transition. Since 2019, she is the cofounder of the Association HUMUN.
